Background

Enables single-stranded DNA binding activity. Involved in DNA-templated transcription; positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription; and positive regulation of gene expression. Acts upstream of or within positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Located in cytoplasm and nucleus.

Western blotting analysis using anti-FUBP3 antibody (Cat#64830). Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with anti-FUBP3 antibody (Cat#64830, 1:1,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody (Cat#101, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using FeQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#226).
