Background

Enables several functions, including 2-oxoglutarate-dependent dioxygenase activity; NF-kappaB binding activity; and transition metal ion binding activity. 	Western blotting analysis using anti-HIF1AN antibody (Cat#62181). Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE.
