1. Shipping Rates
Antibody Verify has some of the lowest shipping rates in the industry. We try to be more effecient so we can pass our savings onto you. Our rates are simple pricing based on location and if we need to add refrigerant (dry / wet ice). We ship overnight using Federal Express.

Customer pays for Shipping Option
Note: *Additional charges may apply due to specific fees associated with shipping to a specific country such as customs fees, special certificates, etc.
You can choose to use your own shipping option. We can use the shipping service of your choice (FedEx, UPS or DHL) as long as you provide us with your shipping account number. Other shipping methods may be available as long as you coordinate the pickup (from our MD location) and delivery. For products that need dry/wet ice shipping, there is a $50 charge for shipping materials to cover the cost of the shipping materials.
Shipping At Room Temperature
Most of the time only our standard shipping charges will apply. This is because many of our products are lyophilized and can last several days or weeks in room temperature without impact on the antibody effectiveness. Shipping with wet/dry ice will be identified in the product datasheet as part of the storage requirements.
Splitting orders
Customers selecting to split the delivery of products on a single order may be liable to multiple shipping charges, based on the product types included in each shipment. We will contact you when this may occur and you can let us know your preference before we ship.
2. Order Delivery
For domestic US and Canadian orders, we ship FedEx ground. This means 1-3 days delivery by 10:30 AM for most locations.
For International Orders, we ship FedEx Priority International. This is one of the fastest methods of shipping and you can expect your order delivered within 1 week if we have in stock. Note: Your country may have additional customs delays. It is important that you have all required paperwork and customs fees when the product arrives to your country’s borders.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
– Transfer (for international orders)
– Transfer, Check and Credit Card (for the orders in US)
4. Shipping Time
Orders received Monday through Fridays are shipped according to the quotation. All our shipments are scheduled for delivery on working days unless you specifically request weekend delivery.
5. Order Reception Confirmation
You will get a confirmation email when your order has been received, providing you an order number so that you can check the progress of your order. In addition, we will send you another email when your order has been completed, including our invoice and the carrier tracking details so that you can monitor the status of your order’s shipment.
If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
6. Shipping Scope
We have been shipping for many years all around the world. There are few countries we do not deliver to due to governmental policies and customs requirements.
Note: When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
7. International Orders: Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Antibody Verify, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
