Involved in lymphocyte differentiation and negative regulation of interferon-beta production. Located in several cellular components, including centrosome; chromatin; and nucleoplasm. Part of nucleus and transcription repressor complex. Implicated in breast cancer and immunodeficiency 53. Biomarker of breast cancer and transitional cell carcinoma.

	Western blotting analysis using anti-RELB antibody (Cat#62456). Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with anti-RELB antibody (Cat#62456, 1:5,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (Cat#201, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using FeQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#226).
