Background

This gene is a member of the protein kinase C and casein kinase substrate in neurons family. The encoded protein is involved in linking the actin cytoskeleton with vesicle formation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Images

PACSIN3 antibody Western blotting analysis using anti-PACSIN3 antibody (Cat#61259). Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with anti-PACSIN3 antibody (Cat#61259, 1:5,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody (Cat#101, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using FeQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#226).
61259 WB KD 1 Western blotting analysis using anti-PACSIN3 antibody (Cat#61259). PACSIN3 expression in wild type (WT) and PACSIN3 knockdown (KD) HSHC cells with 20 μg of total cell lysates. Hsp90 α serves as a loading control. The blot was incubated with anti-PACSIN3 antibody (Cat#61259, 1:5,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody (Cat#101, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using FeQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#226).
61259 FCM 1 Flow cytometric analysis of PACSIN3 expression in HepG2 cells using anti-PACSIN3 antibody (Cat# 61259, 1:2,000). Green, isotype control; red, PACSIN3.
