The precision-formulated 100bp DNA Ladder combines PCR-amplified fragments with proprietary restriction-digested plasmids, providing reliable molecular weight references for agarose gel electrophoresis. This 100 bp DNA ladder delivers 14 clearly resolved bands spanning 100-1,500 base pairs with 100bp increments, featuring intensified 500bp/1,500bp reference bands for rapid orientation. Pre-calibrated 0.5μg loading per band enables precise quantification of unknown samples through intensity comparison.
