To enter into a contract with Genzera, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid credit or debit card issued by an approved bank. Genzera reserves the right to decline any order. When you place an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method, and that sufficient funds are available. Prices for international products and services may change, and all advertised prices are subject to adjustment.
(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will first receive an email acknowledging that your order has been received. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted or that a contract exists. A binding agreement will only be established once we send you a confirmation email stating that the goods you ordered have been dispatched. The contract will apply solely to the items listed in that dispatch confirmation email.
(b) Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars, and we strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices on this Site are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we identify an error in the price of any item you have ordered, we will notify you promptly and give you the choice to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled. Should you cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery charges are determined by your shipping address and will be clearly shown during checkout as part of the total cost. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees are also calculated at checkout.
(c) Payment
We accept credit card payments on our website. Upon receiving your order, your payment card will be verified to ensure the fulfilment of the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. For alternative payment options, please reach out to our sales representative.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the sensitive nature of biotech products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions, such as when items are damaged upon delivery or incorrect products have been shipped. Please note that certain items are strictly non-returnable, including perishable goods, hazardous materials, and custom-made or personalized products. If that happens, you’ll immediately lose access to the Site, and Genzera may delete anything you’ve shared without being responsible for giving it back or providing further access.
